In my third and final episode in my podcast series, "Tackling Mental Health at its Roots", my guest is the associate professor of psychiatry at Westmead Hospital as well as a clinician at both Cricket NSW and Cricket Australia, Greg De Moore. Greg worked with Australian player and captain of the Sydney Sixers, Moises Henriques, which worked to break the barrier of mental health in cricket. In the podcast we talk about the factors which impact athletes mental healths, Moises's journey and Greg's most important mental health lesson learnt. Enjoy.
